Structure & Working Principle
Adopting a high-stability multi-station turntable structure with optional 5-station and 6-station configurations, the machine is driven by a high-precision cam splitter to achieve zero-position error in station switching. It operates stably with low vibration and supports 24-hour continuous cyclic production. Equipped with an integrated PLC intelligent control system and touch screen, the machine supports digital fine-tuning of all parameters, including printing speed, ink scraping pressure, ink return angle, printing stroke and curing time, featuring simple operation and low operating threshold. The workbench integrates an XY-axis precision fine-tuning mechanism and vacuum adsorption function, which can firmly fix thin ruler materials, completely avoid warping, shifting and position deviation during printing, and ensure uniform printing position and regular, symmetrical scales for all rulers.

The low-temperature processing mode throughout the process will not damage heat sensitive substrates such as plastic and acrylic, completely solving production defects such as ruler deformation, bending, yellowing, whitening, cracking, and material brittleness, and fully preserving the original flatness, transparency, and texture of the ruler material. The finished ink has excellent adhesion, friction resistance, scratch resistance, and is not easy to peel off. The appearance is exquisite and uniform, and the service life is greatly improved.
