- Independent Servo-Driven Pad Forward/Backward The forward and backward stroke of each pad is independently adjustable, allowing flexible setting of ink pickup and printing positions according to different patterns and workpiece sizes. It has strong adaptability, reduces mutual interference during multi-color printing, and improves overprinting accuracy.
- Servo-Driven Shuttle Worktable System The worktable is driven by a servo motor with a ball screw drive, ensuring precise and controllable shuttle positions with minimal positioning error. It guarantees color registration accuracy for 6-color printing, supports quick changeover of different workpieces, and effectively improves production efficiency.
- 2-Axis Servo Rotating Fixture System Equipped with a 2-axis servo rotating fixture, it enables precise 0-360° rotational positioning of workpieces, perfectly adapting to circumferential/curved surface printing of special-shaped workpieces such as cylinders, cones, and arcs, solving the multi-angle and curved surface printing problems that traditional pad printers cannot achieve.
- Sealed Ink Cup Inking System Adopts a sealed ink cup for inking, which prevents ink volatilization, maintains stable ink concentration, ensures consistent printing quality, reduces ink waste and environmental pollution, and facilitates easy maintenance.
- Intelligent Touch Control System Equipped with an industrial-grade color touch screen with multi-language interface. All parameters (printing speed, pad pressure, rotation angle, etc.) can be set intuitively. It is easy to operate, and the built-in self-diagnosis function facilitates quick maintenance.
