Machine Features
- It adopts a vertical structure and electronic drive, and is equipped with a PLC control system; it realizes the vertical lifting of the screen and the horizontal reciprocating motion of the squeegee.
- The key components of the machine, such as the printing beam, sliding sleeve, machine nose and lifting arm, are all manufactured using precision aluminum casting technology.
- The machine’s speed and printing stroke can both be adjusted via motor drive.
- Provides manual testing mode, single mode and fully automatic mode for users to choose from.
- Equipped with an automatic counter to record the number of printing.
- Equipped with an independent machine lifting device, facilitating the installation and removal of the doctor blade, ink return blade, and screen plate.
- Both the left and right lifting arms are equipped with sliding block and screws for precise adjustment of the screen plate position.
- The angles of the ink printing and ink scrapping can be adjusted.
