Machine Features
- Features a vertical lifting structure. Both the screen frame lifting and the left-to-right movement of the print head are electrically driven.
- Equipped with a single chip microcomputer control circuit to enable intelligent control of printing and screen handling operations.
- Employs pneumatic control for the vertical movement of the print carriage; the printing stroke is controlled via a photoelectric sensor and supports independent adjustment.
- Offers three operating modes—Manual, Semi-automatic, and Fully Automatic-to facilitate flexible control over the printing process.
- Allows for selectable multi-pass printing (1 to 3 passes) to accommodate varying requirements for ink layer thickness.
- Features a dedicated print head lifting mechanism to facilitate easy access for the operation and adjustment of the squeegee, flood bar, and screen frame.
- Equipped with a dual-guide-post system and adjustable left/right screen clamping arms, ensuring simple operation and precise adjustment.
- Incorporates a dual-layer safety protection system to ensure the personal safety of the operator.
- An optional CCD vision system is available to enable automatic positioning capabilities.
