Machine Features
- Printing Precision & Adjustment:The angle, pressure, and stroke of both the squeegee and ink scraper can be independently adjusted. This ensures uniform ink transfer through the mesh onto the barrel surface, guaranteeing sharp text/pattern edges and a thick ink layer.
- Applicable Materials & Inks:Widely applicable to chemical barrels, paint buckets, and food-grade gallon barrels made of plastics & metal. Compatible with various ink types including solvent-based and UV inks. Adhesion can be significantly improved when paired with flame or corona treatment on plastic bucket (optional).
- Specialized Fixture System:Equipped with a rotating fixture specifically designed for gallon barrels,ensuring the barrel rotates synchronously during the printing process to achieve seamless cylindrical printing and prevent slipping or deformation.
- Applicable Scope:It is suitable for gallon barrels of various materials, including cylindrical containers made of plastic, metal and other materials. At the same time, it can also be used for single – color screen printing of other similar cylindrical, oval products, such as beverage bottles, cosmetic bottles, filters, cans, etc.
