- Comprehensive Pre-treatment System: An integrated electrostatic dust removal device removes dust attracted by static electricity from the bottle, and a flame pretreatment module activates the bottle surface, improving ink adhesion and hot stamping fastness.
- Fast Curing and Environmentally Friendly: Utilizing a UV curing system, ink/varnish cures within seconds, increasing production cycle time while reducing VOC emissions, meeting environmental standards.
- Intelligent Control: The user-friendly human-machine interface supports parameter presets, fault self-diagnosis, production data recording, and other functions, facilitating process management and quality traceability.
