DX‑APP112 is a high‑speed fully automatic pad printer specially developed by Shenzhen DSTAR for 1‑color logo & pattern printing on ball pen barrels. It adopts 12‑track synchronous feeding, precise chain conveying, printing 12 pieces per cycle. Equipped with Panasonic PLC and multi‑language touch screen, it realizes fully automatic unmanned production: feeding → positioning → pad printing → cleaning → drying → unloading. It is designed for high‑efficiency, high‑consistency mass printing for pen factories.
