Machine Features

This 1-2 color pad printing machine is specially developed for plastic toy parts, integrating manual loading, automatic printing and automatic unloading conveying functions. It is suitable for printing logos/patterns on various special-shaped plastic parts such as toy shells, figurine accessories, featuring high efficiency, stability, easy operation and maintenance.

Ink Cup System

• 1. Combined stainless steel ink cup and ceramic ring with excellent sealing performance, reducing ink volatilization and solvent consumption, and improving workshop working environment;
• 2. The ink is not easy to skin, ensuring uniform pattern color and clear dots even after long-time continuous printing, reducing the frequency of shutdown for ink replacement;
• 3. Compatible with plastic-specific inks commonly used in the toy industry such as ABS, PP, PVC. It is convenient to clean when changing colors/models, residual ink is easy to clean, reducing production line changeover loss.

Manual Feeding

• 1. Reasonable station spacing and sufficient operating space allow workers to easily pick and place toy parts, suitable for quick positioning and placement of small and special-shaped parts;
• 2. Custom blue fixture bases can be customized according to the shape of different toy parts to ensure accurate positioning of workpieces without shaking, avoiding printing misalignment;

Automatic Printing

• 1. The rotary table adopts intermittent precision indexing with station positioning error small, ensuring multi-color overprinting accuracy without pattern misalignment;
• 2. Can be expanded to two-color printing as needed, completing double-color printing in one pass, meeting the printing requirements of multi-color logos and patterns on toy parts and improving production efficiency;
• 3. Equipped with PLC + touch screen control system, printing parameters can be stored with one click and directly called when changing models, reducing debugging time. New operators can also get started quickly.

Automatic Unloading

• 1. Upon completion of printing, workpieces are automatically transferred from the rotary turntable to the unloading station; a dedicated unloading mechanism gently grips the finished products and smoothly places them onto the belt conveyor line, requiring absolutely no manual intervention throughout the entire process;
• 2. The length of the belt conveyor line can be customized as needed, which can be connected to subsequent drying, quality inspection and packaging stations to realize automatic connection of the production line and reduce manual handling links;
• 3. The conveyor line is equipped with a speed-regulating motor, and the conveying speed can be adjusted synchronously with the printing rhythm to avoid workpiece accumulation and falling, ensuring stable and orderly conveying of finished products;
• 4. Newly printed workpieces undergo a pre-drying treatment to prevent ink smudging, thereby enhancing the yield rate of the finished products.
