Machine Features
- Fully automatic cylindrical screen printing solution, compatible with plastic cups, paper cups. Automatic feeding, printing, curing, unloading, counting & stacking in one cycle, no manual operation required.
- Equipped with PLC programmable control system + cantilever touch screen. Intuitive operation interface, one-click adjustment of printing speed, positioning & curing time, parameters auto saved & recalled.
- Standard LED instant UV curing system, ink dries immediately after printing without smudging or ink running. Cups can be stacked right away to boost production line efficiency.
- Optional plasma or corona surface treatment unit to solve poor ink adhesion issue on PE/PP plastic cups, printed patterns are wear-resistant & hard to peel off.
- Automatic finished cup unloading + intelligent counting & stacking module, auto separate cups by preset quantity for easy post-packaging & output statistics.
- Fully enclosed protective cabinet blocks dust and reduces solvent odor, cleaner workshop environment with higher safety protection standard.
- Aluminum alloy frame with precision transmission parts, smooth low-noise operation, consistent printing precision during long-term high-speed mass production.
